Mosframe – Who We Are
Mosframe is a UK-based design brand founded by graphic designer Gürol Şahin. Combining a strong design background with a passion for unique decorative objects, Mosframe creates functional art that merges modern aesthetics, dark matte tones, glossy surfaces, and handcrafted techniques. Each piece is made in limited quantities, blending design, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
When will my order be processed?
- Stocked products: Orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
- Made-to-order & custom products: Production begins once payment is confirmed. Typical production time is 10–14 days, after which shipping time applies.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All orders are shipped worldwide from the UK or TR via reliable tracked couriers such as DHL, UPS, or ParcelForce. Import duties or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does delivery take?
- UK: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
- Please note: For made-to-order products, add production time (10–14 days) on top of shipping times.
How much are the shipping costs?
Most products include Free Worldwide Shipping. If shipping is not free for your location, the cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight/size and destination.
What are the terms for made-to-order products?
- Each piece is handcrafted specifically for your order.
- Due to the handmade process, final pieces may vary by up to 5% from product images (fragment placement, texture, pigment flow).
- Once production begins, cancellations or returns are not possible (except in case of defects).
- Custom requests (size, pigment, finish) require written confirmation and may adjust pricing and lead time.
Which products are eligible for returns or exchanges?

⚠️ Exception: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How do I start a return?
- Contact us with your Order ID and reason for return ([email protected] or via the contact form).
- We will send you the return address/label.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Note: Standard return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Damaged/defective items are covered by Mosframe.
Is the return free?
- Standard returns: All return shipping costs and any related customs duties/fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective or incorrect products: Returns and replacements are 100% free, and Mosframe covers all shipping and customs costs.
