2. Exclusions (Made-to-Order / Personalized Items)

• Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized designs, special requests) are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production begins.

3. Shipping & Customs for Returns

• All costs related to return shipping, international customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

• These fees will not be covered by us unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping costs.
